                              RESOLUTION NO. 21802
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                 PARKS & RECREATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
                 WITH WALLACE ROBERTS & TODD, RELATIVE TO A
                 COMPREHENSIVE PARKS AND FACILITIES MASTER PLAN.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of Parks and
       Recreation be and is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement 

       with Wallace Roberts & Todd, relative to a Comprehensive Parks 
and
       Facilities Master Plan.
